Kacy_Catanzaro_at_the_2014_Dallas_FinalsI’m sure many of you have seen this amazing video of Kacy Catanzaro on America Ninja Warrior (if you haven’t, it is definitely worth your time – I couldn’t stop watching!).

Kacy recently became the first woman to qualify for the final round on the show, demonstrating amazing athleticism, strength, and endurance as she completed the demanding obstacle course.

Much has been made of her tiny stature and positive attitude, but what struck me was the amount of hard work and dedication that took place before this one moment of victory. She reminded me that anything is possible if we dream big, prepare, and execute! She had ambition and was motivated by it to achieve great success.

Kacy had a vision for what she wanted to accomplish. She wasn’t afraid to dream big!

Kacy planned for this moment with a serious workout routine! She stayed focused on her dream and worked hard, even when the times got tough. She was prepared when it came time to execute her dream.

When she knew she was ready, Kacy tackled the obstacle course. She had confidence, telling the announcers beforehand that she would finish the course. This was more than just bravado – because she was prepared, she knew she would be successful.

I’m inspired by Kacy’s achievements and reminded by her not to be afraid to dream big! What’s your dream? Leave it in the comments!
